ABOUT US
Fidelio Maritime & Trading S.A. (FMT) is a privately owned fully incorporated Marshall Islands shipping company which was founded in 1996.
The founder’s shipping expertise combined with a very experienced group of employees formed at the time, the largest Greek operating company composing a fleet of 5-8 ships constantly on period and performing COA’s of more than 1 million tons annually.
History
In 2000 the group purchased its first ship M/V Green Trader (22,000 dwt logger).
In 2005 the chairman of FMT established NAF Shipping Inc in partnership with Fourlis Group and purchased a fleet of small handy vessels:
M/V San Remo
M/V Captain Nemo
M/V F Blue
M/V F Spirit
M/V San Remo II
FMT has been entrusted the exclusive commercial management of the above fleet, keeping all above vessels under Fidelio on long period time-charter.
In 2019 FMT added under commercial management M/V Serenity 36,599 dwt 2011 built.
In 2020 FMT added under commercial management M/V Enterprise 36,490 dwt 2011 built.
In 2020 FMT added under commercial management M/V Discovery 55,783 dwt 2011 built.

In 2021, Fidelio celebrated its 25th anniversary.
Over its 25-year history, Fidelio has been through several transformations in response to the changing world of global trade. From a small Greek steamship Owner, it has become a global player in the dry cargo market.
